Manufacturing Facilities
The Medical Murray manufacturing facility is dedicated to the production of class II and III medical devices in ISO class 7 clean rooms. We specialize in complex disposable and implant devices that require complete traceability, strictly enforced written procedures and documentation at each step.
Our 18,000 square foot facility is fully staffed with Paul Imaoka - Vice President of Operations, Dave Geist - Quality Manager, manufacturing engineers, production control and supervisors. Our development facility supports with product engineering, custom manufacturing equipment and fixture design. We have in-house design, machining, programming and assembly to support the manufacturing operation. The high population Chicago area provides our workforce from the personnel trained in the diverse electronic, medical and molding industries.
|
| Materials and quarantined items are stored in locked, controlled access areas. Special storage with vacuum and nitrogen atmosphere is used for bioabsorbable and other moisture/temperature sensitive materials. Both truck dock and raised platform shipping is available for receiving and shipping of small lots through skids of product. |

We operate with dedicated work cells for each product combined with multi-use special operation areas for injection molding, braiding and packaging. The assemblers are cross-trained to give flexibility in meeting short schedules for delivery.
Whether your product requires a work cell with one person part time or 40 persons, we have the space and infrastructure to meet your production requirements. Multiple shifts and options on additional space in our building provide the possibility of expansions to meet required production needs.
