Medical Murray developed the patented SesameTM NanoMoldingTM Machine that is used for miniature plastic molded parts and medical device assembly. The machine is now manufactured and sold by the C.A. Lawton Company, www.lawtonmedical.com. However, Medical Murray still provides all the up front proof of concept services for the Sesame nanomolding machine.. The Sesame injection molds miniature thermoplastic and liquid silicone rubber parts with volumes in the range of .05 to 100 cubic millimeters. The servo controlled injection and pneumatic clamp system allows production of individual parts and over-molded assemblies in medical clean rooms with precision control and data collection. Medical Murray can help you develop nano molded parts and supply you with sample parts or a turnkey system to help you meet your needs.
