Medical Murray Expands Production Capabilities

Medical Murray, a leading medical device development and contract manufacturing company, is pleased to announce that they have expanded their production capabilities including the hiring of Tom Marsailes and Ken Drower as Production Supervisors in their Lake Zurich, Illinois, manufacturing facility.

The expansion incorporates additional validated CER space, the hiring of highly skilled assembly employees along with the added production supervision. The new supervision is critical to overseeing our growing assembly workforce to ensure that product is defect-free and deliveries meet or exceed expectations. The team also organizes and monitors workflow, helps facilitate cross-training, and are the first point of escalation

“Adding Tom and Ken to our team will provide valuable support to our assembly employees as we continue to expand our operation and increase services,” mentioned Paul Imaoka, Vice President of Operations. “They will both be instrumental in helping meet project objectives on time and within budget.”

Tom has over 20 years of experience working in Product Management and successfully leading teams to exceed safety, quality, and productivity goals. Most recently, he worked for Kristel Displays as Program Manager where he was responsible for designing and manufacturing custom display solutions. Ken also has extensive expertise in Production Operations and molding with a long track record of success. Prior to working for Medical Murray, he served as Operations Manager for Marketing Specialist Group where he was responsible for all manufacturing processes including production, purchasing, quality control, and shipping.

Medical Murray continues to strengthen and grow their overall design, development, and manufacturing services to their customers in North America and globally. The company’s mission is to continue to build strong partnerships by responding quickly to customer requirements in a concise, proactive manner during all phases of complex development processes.
